A personal dashboard

Your day on one screen

Hapsai brings your calendar, to-dos, money and fitness together on a single “Today” page, so you can see what’s coming without opening four apps.

The problem

Your day is spread across four apps

The calendar knows your meetings, the to-do app your tasks, a spreadsheet your bills and your watch how you slept. None of them knows about the others, so you check them all, one by one.

  • Read it at a glance

Six tiles up top tell you what’s next, what’s late and how the month is going, before you scroll at all.

  • Act where you look

Tick off a to-do, push it to tomorrow, log a coffee or mark a bill paid without leaving the page.

  • Fast from the keyboard

    Press ⌘K for every command. T adds a transaction, Q adds a to-do, ? shows the rest.

What’s inside

A dashboard for each part of your day

Today pulls the headlines together. When you want the detail, each zone opens into its own page.

Todos

Your week as a board

Your Todoist tasks in a column per day: what’s overdue, today, tomorrow and the rest of the week. Drag a card to reschedule it, or filter by project, label or priority.

  • Overdue tasks show how late they are
  • Tick off, add and edit without opening Todoist
  • Recurring tasks show how they repeat
The Todos board: overdue, today, tomorrow and rest-of-week columns.

Money

Know where the month stands

A ledger you keep in Hapsai: spending by category against your usual, every monthly bill and subscription with what’s paid and what’s due, budgets and goals, and your net worth over time.

  • Bills turn amber two days out, and red when late
  • Spending compared with your three-month average
  • Accounts in more than one currency, with a total
The Money zone: this month's spending by category, monthly expenses and net worth.

Body

Keep your training week on track

Every day of your week against your Garmin training plan: what you’ve done, what you missed and what’s still to come. Readiness, sleep and Body Battery sit alongside, good to know before you head out.

  • Planned workouts next to the ones you logged
  • The week’s activities, distance and time so far
  • A consistency heatmap that keeps your streaks in view

Fitness data comes from your Garmin watch.

Everywhere

Every action, two keys away

The command palette finds any action or page as you type. Arrow keys move through every list and board, and a legend of shortcuts is one ? away.

How it works

Set up once, then just open it

No new habits to learn. Keep using your calendar and Todoist as you do now.

  1. 01

    Connect what you use

Connect Google Calendar and pick which calendars to show, then link Todoist for your tasks.

  2. 02

    Add your money

Set up your accounts and monthly bills once. Log spending in a few keys as you go.

  3. 03

    Open Today

Each morning, one page shows the day: what’s on, what’s due, what you’ve spent and how you slept.

Why these apps

Built on apps that already work

Hapsai started as a personal dashboard, built around the apps its maker already used. Where an app already does the job well, Hapsai builds on it instead of reinventing it.

  • Todoist for your to-dos

Hapsai has no to-do list of its own, on purpose. Todoist is one of the best there is, so rather than reinvent the wheel, Hapsai stands on its shoulders. You keep everything Todoist does, like typing “water the plants every other Saturday” and getting a repeating task with the right dates, and its well-kept phone apps for when you’re away from your desk.

  • Money, after Cashew

The ledger is the one part Hapsai keeps itself, and it’s built on top of Cashew, an excellent open-source budgeting app.

  • Google Calendar for your agenda

It’s the calendar Hapsai was built around. Support for other calendars is planned.

  • Garmin for your training

The same story: it’s the watch Hapsai was built around. Support for other watches is planned.

Your data

Your calendar, read-only

To show your agenda, Hapsai needs to read your calendar events and the list of calendars you’ve ticked in Google Calendar. It only reads: it never creates, edits or deletes anything in your Google account. It keeps only what the dashboard shows, for about the next month, and it never sells your data, uses it for ads or uses it to train AI. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Google API disclosure

Hapsai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What is Hapsai?

A personal dashboard. One page, Today, shows your calendar, your to-dos, your money and your training together, with pages for the Todos board, transactions and your consistency over time.

Which apps does it work with?

Google Calendar for your agenda, Todoist for your tasks and Garmin for your training. Money is a ledger you keep in Hapsai itself. Other calendars and watches are on the roadmap.

Can Hapsai change my calendar?

No. It asks Google for read-only access, so it can show your events but never create, edit or delete them.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. You add transactions yourself, which takes a few keys (press T anywhere), and set up recurring bills once. Hapsai never asks for bank logins.

Is my data used for ads or to train AI?

No. Hapsai doesn’t sell your data, show ads or use your data to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.

Does it work on my phone?

It opens on a phone, as one long column, but it’s made for a laptop or desktop for now. A proper phone layout is on the roadmap.

How much does it cost?

Pricing will be announced before launch, and nobody is charged for anything they haven’t agreed to. Joining the waitlist doesn’t ask for any payment details.

Who can sign up?
